Loyola Memorial Parks and Gardens was founded on December 16, 1964 by the late Senate President Sen Gil J Puyat Sr. Renowned for his business acumen and foresight, Sen Puyat introduced memorial parks as a better alternative for internment than public cemeteries. With Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina as the flagship project, it has since established memorial parks in various locales; namely:

Created in 1998, the Loyola Group Sales and Marketing, Inc serves as the exclusive marketing arm of Loyola Memorial Parks and Gardens.
