WHAT IS PRE-PLANNING?

            Pre-planning is making arrangements ahead of time.  Pre-planning relieves the family of the deceased from making important financial decisions at a time of great stress and grief.
 
WHAT IS A MEMORIAL PARK?

            A memorial park is a cemetery, which has adopted a park-like style.   The term was coined by Hubert Eaton who envisioned memorial parks as having “sweeping lawns” and “must also be inspirational”.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF OWNING A MEMORIAL LOT?

            Aside from pre-planning, owning a memorial lot has the following advantage :

WHAT IS THE ENDOWMENT FUND FOR?

            The Endowment Fund is used for the long-term maintenance or up keep of the Memorial Park.      

ARE LOT BUYERS ENTITLED TO INSURANCE COVERAGE DURING THE PAYING PERIOD?

            Yes.  The Group Credit Life Insurance waives unpaid the balance of the lot if  the buyer passes away during the paying period.  The effectivity of insurance is subject to the following conditions:
  • Lot buyer should be 18-65 years old.
  • Lot buyer must complete the 20% down payment.
  • Subsequent installments are paid on time.
HOW CAN I BE A LICENSED LOYOLA AGENT?

            Loyola welcomes full-time and part-time sales counselors to its ranks.  New sales counselors are required to:
  • Attend the Business Orientation Meeting (BOM).  Please contact the LGSMI near you for the BOM schedule.
  • Fill-out the Agent’s Application Form and Agent’s Contract.
  • Please provide the following:
  • Tax Identification Number
  • Contact Number/s
  • Two (2) colored ID pictures
  • P200 Processing fee.
WHEN WAS LOYOLA FOUNDED?

           Loyola was founded on December 16, 1964 by the late Senate President Sen. Gil Puyat, Sr.  The company has since been synonymous with quality memorial service and products in the country.
